BASE:Fuel
A practical meal planning OS for lifters who hate tracking
Most meal apps ask you to keep logging. BASE:Fuel takes the opposite approach. It turns your body stats, goal, and training routine into a practical daily meal plan: what to eat, how much, when to eat, what to prep, and what to buy. Built for beginner-to-intermediate lifters who want an executable system instead of endless calorie and macro math.
Hi Product Hunt 👋
I’m excited to share BASE:Fuel.
I built it because a lot of meal and fitness apps still leave people with the hardest part: deciding what to eat every day.
Many tools are good at tracking. But for beginner-to-intermediate lifters, the real problem is often not motivation — it’s the constant friction of logging meals, calculating calories and macros, thinking about meal timing, grocery shopping, meal prep, and whether your eating actually matches your training.
When I started learning about training and nutrition, I kept coming back to the same question:
What should I actually eat today?
BASE:Fuel takes a different approach.
Instead of asking you to keep logging forever, it turns your body stats, goal, and training routine into a practical daily system:
* what to eat
* how much to eat
* when to eat
* how to handle training days vs. rest days
* what to prep
* what to buy
* where supplements may help
The idea is simple: don’t add more tracking work — decide today’s plan first.
I wanted to build something that feels more executable than overwhelming, and more sustainable for the next 3–6 months than another app that asks you to log everything forever.
In the AI era, more things can be automated, but your body still has to do the work. My goal with BASE:Fuel is to reduce food decision fatigue so people can focus more on training and consistency.
Would love your feedback — especially on the positioning, clarity, and whether this feels genuinely more useful than traditional meal tracking apps.
Thanks for checking it out.
