Barvol

The AI co-founder that knows what’s really happening

Barvol is an AI co-founder that gives you a live picture of your company. It brings together decisions, customers, meetings, tasks, goals, email, CRM and company activity from external tools founders use, then lets you ask questions and actually do things with that context. It can spot what changed, surface things you're missing, connect the dots between customers and decisions, and tell you what deserves attention. Think less dashboard, more company memory you can talk to.

Hey Product Hunt 👋 I'm Ayman, one of the two founders behind Barvol. We didn't really set out to build another AI tool. We were trying to solve something that kept happening while building companies: you use one tool for customers, another for meetings, another for tasks, another for email, another for decisions... and eventually you become the person responsible for remembering how all of it connects. That's what we wanted to fix. Barvol connects the tools you already use and builds a memory around what's happening in the company. You can then actually talk to it about the company, instead of searching through five different products trying to reconstruct what happened. For example, you can ask: * What changed this week? * Which customers need my attention? * What did we decide about pricing? * What's slipping right now? * What should I focus on today? And Barvol isn't supposed to just answer and leave you there. It can turn that context into tasks, priorities, decisions and other actions inside the workspace. We're two young founders, so this is very much a V1. We built a lot, broke a lot of things along the way, and we're still finding out what founders actually want from something like this. That's honestly why we're launching here. If you're a founder, try it and tell us what feels useful, what feels wrong, and especially what you'd want Barvol to know about your company that it doesn't know yet. Go break it.
