Barber Studio - Try the haircut

An in-shop AI hairstyle preview for barbers and salons.

Public, bring-your-own-key demo of the Barber Studio AI hairstyle preview.Barbers sell a result the customer can't see in advance. Reference photos on phones, Pinterest boards, and Instagram screenshots make this worse, not better - they show *someone else's* face with the cut. The customer points at a photo, the barber nods, and both sides hope they meant the same thing.

Hey Product Hunt, I built Barber Studio after watching too many consultations end with "let's just see how it goes." Reference photos on phones don't help when the face in the photo isn't the customer's face. This is the opposite of a consumer try-on app. It runs on the shop's own kiosk, uses the shop's own catalog with the shop's own prompt language, and keeps customer photos on the shop's own machine. No accounts, no marketplace, no per-seat SaaS. It's free and open source. Shops pay only their own AI provider usage and the README breaks down the real per-session cost so nobody gets surprised. Happy to answer anything about the kiosk flow, the prompt design for hairstyles, the showcase mode, or self-hosting. Feedback from working barbers especially welcome.
