I built Barbelled because my training numbers were scattered across notes apps, screenshots and memory. Every gym session started with the same questions: what did I bench last week, and what should I lift today?
Barbelled keeps it simple:
Plan: build your own program (PPL, Upper/Lower, Full Body or custom)
Train: today's workout is ready when you walk in, so you just log weight and reps set by set
Progress: see your previous and best numbers for every exercise to drive progressive overload
Recover: see which muscles are still recovering and when they're ready again
It also has an automatic rest timer, custom exercises, an Apple Watch companion, and unlimited logging on the free plan.
