Hi Product Hunt! I'm Satwinder, the maker of BankStatementHub.
I started building this after running a real bank statement through a converter and getting a spreadsheet that looked perfect, but had swapped dates, a deposit turned into a withdrawal, and one amount with an extra digit. Nothing warned me.
So the core idea is simple: most statements print a running balance on every row. BankStatementHub checks every transaction against it, and against the opening and closing balance, before you export. If something doesn't add up, it shows you the exact row next to the original page.
