AZGigs
Skip the application process and connect directly.
AZGigs removes the biggest friction in job boards: applying and waiting. Instead, users post what they need or offer and connect instantly with local people. Listings go live immediately, no approvals, no resumes. A small pay-to-post model filters spam, while featured boosts increase visibility. It’s faster, simpler, and built for real-time action, not endless browsing.
Top comment
I built AZGigs after getting frustrated with how slow and broken job searching feels. Applying to dozens of jobs just to get ignored didn’t make sense. At the same time, people who needed help couldn’t find reliable workers quickly. The goal was simple: remove applications entirely. Let people post what they need or what they offer and connect instantly. Early on, I focused on simplicity and speed. As I built it, I realized the biggest challenge wasn’t tech, it was marketplace activity. That’s why I added instant posting, featured boosts, and early user incentives to get real momentum from day one.
