Axxexor
Pressure test ideas before you build
Axxexor turns a raw product idea into a problem statement, personas, MVP scope, competitor map, risks, and validation steps — tailored to your target market.
The inspiration for Axxexor came from a challenge I faced while working on a product. I found myself spending a lot of time trying to understand the market opportunity, competitors, risks, and what an MVP should look like before deciding whether the idea was worth pursuing.
While there are many ways to conduct research and validate ideas, I felt there was a gap at the very beginning of the journey—a way to quickly gain structured insights that could help founders, entrepreneurs, and innovators make better-informed decisions before investing significant time and money.
Before building Axxexor, I conducted research and spoke with product professionals and founders. One of the most valuable moments came during a Product Therapy session, where I shared an early version of the product with the community. What started as a simple demo quickly turned into validation exercise, Members shared their ideas, challenged assumptions, debated MVP features, discussed risks, and compared competitors. The conversation and feedback played a significant role in shaping the direction of Axxexor.
Initially, I thought about Axxexor as a way to validate ideas more quickly. Over time, I realised its real value lies in helping founders, entrepreneurs, product professionals, and innovators gain early clarity on opportunities, risks, competitors, and potential MVP direction before investing further time and resources into further validation and development.
Axxexor isn't designed to replace research, it's designed to help founders start with clarity and confidence.
If you're a founder, entrepreneur, product professional, or innovator, I would love to hear from you:
How do you currently validate new ideas before investing time and resources into building them?
What's the biggest challenge you've faced when evaluating whether an idea is worth pursuing?
Looking forward to your feedback and discussion!
