With my 40's creeping up on me I wanted to do something to keep myself healthy, so I started running regularly. I thought about joining a mountain race up in northern Vietnam. When I checked out the race website, I had no clue about what I was really signing up for. They had a map of the race, but it was just a simple 2D screen grab from Google Maps.
I needed more information! – And that's when I built AvoMap.
