Hey PH, I'm the guy who built this. Why? I drive a truck. And I got tired of looking down at my speedometer every few seconds. Felt stupid. Tried other GPS speedometers. They worked, but every single one had a cable dangling across my windshield. Looked terrible. So I made my own. Solar-powered so I don't need that cable every day.
