I built AutoPilot IT around a problem I've seen repeatedly during my years working in IT: small businesses depend on their computers, but often have limited visibility into their security and maintenance.
Windows updates get missed, antivirus protection changes, encryption gets overlooked, and problems can go unnoticed until someone has to fix them.
I wanted to make that information easier to see without requiring a large enterprise management system or a traditional managed IT contract.
AutoPilot IT now offers Windows endpoint monitoring, security visibility, recurring reports, and focused security assessments. There's also a free security scan anyone can run locally on a single Windows computer.
We're still building and improving the platform, and I'd appreciate feedback from small-business owners and IT professionals.
