Auto-Scheduler
Tasks --> Calendar. Automatically
Auto-Scheduler plans your tasks into the free gaps in your Google Calendar, so you never have to decide when to work on what. Free for 31 days, then 3€ a month.
I built Auto-Scheduler because a bullet journal never told me what to do first, and time blocking by hand on paper fell apart within a couple of weeks, since replanning a page every time something shifted took longer than the list itself.
I found an app that did the time blocking automatically, and it was close to exactly what I needed until the price crept up and the product visibly turned toward teams instead of solo users. So I stopped paying for it and started building my own instead. My partner started using it next, and we decided together what it still needed.
It syncs one way to Google Calendar, it schedules first-fit rather than optimizing every gap, and it tells you plainly when a task doesn't fit instead of hiding the failure. Thirty-one days free, three euros a month after. Let me know what you think, or ask me anything about how the scheduling actually works.
