Hey everyone — I'm Zhaoyi, co-founder of Authentify. We started building this after watching artists like Murphy Campbell get their voice cloned by AI and their own royalties stolen through automated Content ID claims. She only got it resolved after going viral on Instagram. Most artists are not that lucky.
The current system is broken. If someone steals your music, you need proof you made it first. Google Drive timestamps do not prove authorship. DistroKid receipts prove distribution, not creation. There is no standard document an artist can point to in a dispute.
That is what we built. A Certificate of Authorship that ties your verified identity to your creative files with a cryptographic timestamp — the same standard used by banks and recognised in courts across 181 countries.
