Hey PH, i’m Vedant. I used to read a lot, then stopped. I tried Goodreads and StoryGraph and couldn’t stick with either, mostly because i didn’t like using them. So, i taught myself full-stack development over 2 years and built exactly what i wanted. Now, I am hoping to share it with the world. What makes Aurelius different: - free. no subscription, no paywall - built around what you take from a book: your quotes and your thoughts, not just a star rating - deeper insights into your reading life - a light social layer, so it’s not a feed you have to perform on - designed to be somewhere you want to open Aurelius started as a Google Sheet and was my first coding project. A few early users told me it got them reading again, which inspired me to launch it on the App Store. It’s live on the App Store, Android, and Desktop.
