AI assistant that works right in the apps you already use
Meet Arro, the AI assistant that does the busywork. Arro works right in the apps you already use. Point at something and ask, and it shows you each step on your screen or does the work for you. Show it a task once and it writes a playbook you can read and edit, then repeats it whenever you ask or on a schedule. Ready to use out of the box. No technical setup required. Free for Windows and Mac.
Hey Product Hunt 👋
We're Gordon and Kenny, co-founders of Audimate. Together, we draw on over 22 years of experience building workflow automation at Amazon.
The problem: most of our workday is small, repetitive stuff spread across a dozen apps. Chatbots can tell you how to do it, but you still do the clicking. Automation tools can do it, but first you have to build the workflow and wire up integrations.
So we built Arro, an AI assistant that works right in the apps you already use. Hold a key, point at something, and say what you want.
🧭 Skip the tutorial. Arro marks each step on your screen and waits while you do it.
🤝 Hand it off. "Find a time with Sarah and James." Arro checks calendars, books the slot and sends the invite while you keep working.
🔁 Do it once, Arro repeats it. Show it a task one time. It turns your steps into a playbook you can read, edit and share with your team, then runs it on demand or on a schedule.
👀 You stay in control. You can see what it's doing, make it ask before it acts, and stop it any time.
No integrations and nothing to build. Audimate is free to start on Windows and Mac. Paid plans add more usage and automated workflow runs.
We'll be here all day answering questions. What's the one repetitive task you'd hand off to Arro first? We'll try a few of the answers live in the replies 🙌
