Hi everyone,
I built attention awareness as a website only to share how blocking distracting apps and websites from my iPhone changed my life.
While I was writing the guides I realized all those steps are too long to follow so I built a native Mac app to automate it.
There's also a complementary web extension to block distracting parts of any website.
Everything is free and open source. I hope it changes somebody else's life like it changed mine.
