I built ATSREADY after realizing most AI resume tools either rewrite everything into generic fluff or go too far and change the actual meaning of your experience.
The goal here was simple: help people improve what they already have, not replace it.
A few things I focused on:
Keeping your experience accurate (no fake achievements or overreach)
Suggesting where to improve (like missing metrics) instead of forcing changes
Making the whole process fast enough that you actually use it more than once
This started as a small tool but quickly grew into a full workflow with resume enhancement, cover letters, and LinkedIn optimization.
