I built AtLeast because every timer I used for meditation, cold plunge, and breathwork interrupted the thing I was trying to protect.
Alarms yank you out. Screens pull your eyes open. Phone vibrations still mean unlocking something wet or dark or mid-pose.
AtLeast flips that. You set a minimum duration and a tap interval on Apple Watch. Gentle haptics mark time while you practice. When the taps stop, you’ve hit your floor — no alarm, no sound, no screen check. Silence is the signal.
It’s for people who practice on a timer but don’t want to watch one: meditators, cold plungers, yoga/holds, focus blocks. Wrist-native, offline, no account, privacy-first.
