Atlas Fit - AI Calorie Tracker
Smarter Fitness, Real Results
Atlas Fit turns fitness tracking into something you'll actually stick with. Just snap a photo of your meal and our AI instantly logs calories, macros, and portions — no searching, no guessing. Scan barcodes, analyze your body composition, follow guided home workouts, and watch smart predictions adapt to your habits. Less logging. More living.
built Atlas Fit because I was tired of one thing: the logging grind.
Every calorie tracker I tried felt like a second job. Type the food. Find the right brand. Guess the portion. Log the macros. Repeat 4–6 times a day. Within two weeks, I'd quit — like 95% of people who download these apps.
So I built the tracker I actually wanted to use:
📸 Snap a photo of your meal — AI identifies the food, estimates portions, and logs calories + macros in seconds. No typing. No searching.
🔬 Body Composition AI — instead of obsessing over the scale, take a photo and get an estimate of body fat % and physique trends over time.
📊 A dashboard that respects your time — dual rings show calories eaten vs. burned at a glance. Smart predictions tell you when you'll hit your goal based on your actual habits, not generic formulas.
🏋️ Guided home workouts, barcode scanning, water/mood/step tracking, streaks, achievements — all in one beautifully designed place.
The whole philosophy is in the tagline: Less logging. More living.
What evolved during the build: The biggest shift was realizing accuracy alone isn't enough — trust matters more. So I added "Verified" badges to distinguish curated/barcode-scanned foods from AI estimates, a "Copy from Yesterday" button for repeat meals, and a chronological time-stamped journal for people doing intermittent fasting.
Would love your feedback — especially from anyone who's bounced off calorie trackers before. What made you quit? 🙏
