Athleex

Personal trainer software that also runs your business

The platform personal trainers use to run everything: drag-and-drop workout builder, nutrition and supplement plans, biometrics, assessments, in-app chat and multi-currency invoicing. What's different is the business side. A dashboard with MRR, ARR, ARPU, LTV and churn, plus Churn Radar: a risk score per athlete built from training gaps, unpaid invoices, silence and compliance drops, so you see who's about to leave before they do. Free up to 3 athletes. Web, iOS and Android, 6 languages.

Hi Product Hunt 👋 I built Athleex after watching personal trainers I know run a real business out of spreadsheets, WhatsApp threads and PDF workout plans. The training side was fine. The business side was invisible to them. Most coaching software solves the first half: build a program, send it, track logs. So we did that too — drag-and-drop builder, nutrition and supplements, biometrics, assessments, chat, invoicing in the athlete's currency. But the part I actually care about is the second half. Trainers lose clients quietly. Someone stops logging workouts, goes silent in chat, leaves an invoice unpaid, and six weeks later they're gone — and the trainer finds out when the payment doesn't arrive. So Athleex scores that risk per athlete from the signals it already has (training gaps, unpaid invoices, silence, compliance drops) and surfaces it, alongside a dashboard with the numbers a small business owner should know: MRR, ARR, ARPU, LTV, churn, cohort retention. Two things I'd genuinely like feedback on: 1. Is a churn score useful to you, or does it just create anxiety? I'm not sure where the line is. 2. It's free up to 3 athletes — enough to actually try it, or too tight? Built with Next.js, Postgres and Capacitor for the mobile apps. Happy to go into any of it. Thanks for reading 🙏
