A few decisions I'm proud of: 🔒 Anything that writes to the outside world - ad campaigns, CRM records, audiences - lands in an approval queue or arrives paused. Autonomy for the work, humans on the consequences. 🧵 One thread everywhere. Start a mission in the console, continue it in Slack, finish it by email.
