I built AstralList because I was tired of slow, bloated apps and cluttered spreadsheets just trying to keep track of household inventory in real time. I wanted a tool that felt instant, looked modern, and stayed completely out of the way.
As an independent developer, I built this with a massive focus on front-end web performance and visual polish. I leaned heavily into a clean, glassmorphic aesthetic while optimizing the database sync architecture to ensure that updating a list or checking an item happens instantly across devices with zero lag.
