We built ARVENS after watching too many off-market real estate listings get shared over WhatsApp — compressed to ~200KB, no confidentiality agreement, zero way to prove who saw what if a leak happened.
For off-market deals, that's not just sloppy, it's a real financial risk: the moment an off-market property leaks, its exclusivity (and its value) collapses.
So we built a digital vault: nothing gets shown until the buyer signs a binding NDA, every access is logged (IP, city, device, timestamp) with a court-admissible PDF report, and photos are delivered in native 4K instead of getting crushed by chat apps.
It started as a tool for luxury villas, but we realized the real common thread wasn't the price tag — it was the off-market, high-trust nature of the deal. So we opened it up to any off-market property, luxury or not.
