I built Argens because I kept hitting the same wall. Every time an agent I was building needed to pay for something — an API, a service, a resource — it just stopped. I was juggling separate accounts for every provider, topping up credits I'd never fully use, and hardcoding keys in places they had no business being. None of it was built for machines.
So I built the thing I wanted. One API key. A USDC wallet your agent controls. 86 APIs it can call and pay for per request. And if it needs to pay someone on Base instead of Stellar, same API call — Argens handles the cross-chain routing automatically.
The part I'm most proud of is the policy engine. You set a budget, a per-transaction cap, and an approval threshold once. Your agent operates inside those rules or it doesn't operate at all. Anything that breaks a rule gets blocked before any money moves. You stay in control without babysitting every transaction.
It's live on Stellar mainnet and three teams are already running real products on it.
