Arete fitness is an all in one fitness tracker highlighting features such as food and exercise logging, meal prep, research studies, supplement tracking, and AI coach features. it is designed to make fitness easier to track in everyday life getting rid of the need for tons of different apps for different purposes. the last app you will ever need in your fitness journey.
I initially built this because after working out for years and feeling like there was so much noise in the fitness industry everything made working out harder and more complicated there was an app for so many different aspects of fitness: nutrition, exercise, meal prep, general questions, PR tracking. That is why arete has it all each part of the app specifically designed and catered to the user and right now I have it as completely free because another problem I had was with a huge 15 a month paywall just to use features that felt like the whole reason to get said app in the first place.
