Archon: Track & Stay Focused
Track Your time, build your flow
Honestly, most "time is money" apps just turn your spending into work hours. Mine flips it. Every waking minute is a coin, around 960 a day, and you either capture them by logging what you did or they're gone at midnight. Logging is the part everyone quits over, so it's voice first: say "deck for an hour, then gym" and it lands as a clean timeline. No screen time spying, no judgment. It just asks one question: can you account for your day?
Hey Product Hunt 👋
I'm Ash, a solo dev, and Archon is my first iOS app.
It started with a paper notebook. I logged my time in it for years, and it kind of worked, but I could never see the week or the month, and hours kept quietly vanishing into my phone.
So I built the app around a picture that wouldn't leave my head: imagine you wake up every morning with $1440 you have to spend that same day. Whatever you don't spend is gone at midnight. No rollover. That's a day, in minutes. In Archon, every waking minute is a coin, about 960 if you sleep 8 hours. Log what you did and you capture those coins. Whatever you can't account for slips away.
And because logging is where every time tracker dies, it's voice first: tap the mic, say "worked on the deck for an hour, then gym," and it becomes a clean, categorized timeline. You can also plan your day (2 hours of deep work, social under 30 minutes) and see planned vs actual by evening.
Two honest notes. It's not a passive tracker: it only knows what you tell it, no screen time spying. And it never judges how you spent your time, it only asks whether you can account for it.
Free to use, with a premium tier for reports, streaks and sync. iOS only for now.
Two things I'd genuinely love to hear from you: does the coin framing click, and would you actually talk to your phone to log your day?
I'll be here all day answering everything. Tear it apart
