I built Archon after realizing that preparing for technical interviews often meant guessing what questions might be asked about a project's codebase. Existing tools focused on algorithms or generic interview prep, but not on understanding real repositories. I wanted a tool that could bridge that gap. As I iterated, the focus shifted from simply generating questions to producing deeper, context-aware questions and explanations that reflect how experienced engineers review and discuss code.
