I wanted to explore whether an archive could become a documentary while keeping its sources visible. This first edition follows September 11, 2001: a 41-minute film alongside 179 timeline entries drawn from 240 archived posts. You can read the source context, open the original post, and jump into the film where a verified link exists. Entries without a verified film link remain clearly marked.
For the GPT-6 Astra Challenge, I used Astra for local archive analysis, editorial support, and architectural advice, with Sol implementing the website. ElevenLabs supplies the narration, H3 Max through fal.ai animates the fictional presenter, and FFmpeg assembles the film. Cloudflare Stream serves the video.
This is an AI-assisted documentary and archive explorer. The narrator is fictional; original source reports remain linked and are presented as reports rather than independently verified facts. Human review remains responsible for the final framing.
