I'm a solution architect, and every time I had to produce a solution-architecture doc I hit the same wall: a blank template. Staring at "Context Diagram," "Non-Functional Requirements," "Threat Model" headers with nothing under them — reverse-engineering decisions I'd already made three sprints earlier.
The thing is, the architecture already exists. It's sitting in your docker-compose, your Terraform, your K8s manifests. So I built Architext to start from there instead of from nothing: paste your infra (or a GitHub repo URL), it auto-detects the format and builds an editable diagram — services, datastores, dependencies. Then it compiles the boring governance docs from that same model: context diagram, ADRs, NFRs, RAID, threat model, cost, plus slide decks per audience. Everything stays in sync because it's one graph.
There's also an AI co-editor — you can say "add a Redis cache between the API and the DB" and the diagram updates atomically.
