I'm Odera. Before I built this I spent seven years in customer support, most recently running support across multiple Shopify stores at once. The pattern never changed. Most of the inbox was the same handful of questions, and every tool that promised to automate it either billed per ticket, so the bill grew exactly when the store was doing well, or it could answer a question but not actually do anything about it.
Arbyn is my attempt at that second half.

Free plan: 150 AI conversations a month, every feature switched on, permanently. $99 a month flat for unlimited. No per ticket fee, no per resolution fee. There is no launch discount, because the free plan already is the offer.
What it does not do yet
Support email and on site live chat is the complete channel list today. Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp and voice are on the roadmap, and I am not listing them until they actually work.
What I'd appreciate
Feedback on the approval gate specifically. I made money moving actions require a tap because I did not want to ship an AI that issues a refund because a customer phrased a message cleverly. I have gone back and forth on whether that is the right call or whether it starts feeling like friction on day 30.
