I'm so fucking bored of hearing from the same people and seeing the same faces quoted in roundups, featured in articles, as guests on podcasts, or speaking at conferences.
I also know it takes a ton of effort to find new voices with the right subject matter expertise who are open to putting themselves out there publicly.
So, rather than continuing to moan about it, I'm working on something to fix the problem.
