So we built what we wished we had on day zero: usability testing before a single real customer ever arrives.
How it works: paste a URL, staging or production, and enter a test case, like “Add a shirt to cart.” That short instruction is the entire test case. No code, no prompt engineering, no workflow setup.
What runs: Human-like personas attempt the task: Senior, International, Power User, Distracted, Casual, and Tech-Savvy. Each has different levels of technical skill, patience, attention, and goal focus, so the same experience can break in different places for different users.
That difference matters. In the run shown in the video, the Tech-Savvy persona completed the task in four steps. The Senior persona took ten steps and eventually gave up. Same task. Same page. Very different experience.
What you get back: Every step is recorded along with the reasoning behind it, so you can see what the agent chose, why it chose it, and where the journey broke. Issues are grouped and ranked by confidence, tied directly to the step and UI control involved, with a recommended fix for each one.
In the demo, the key issue was a size selector placed below the primary button with no error message. “Add to Bag” appeared enabled but did nothing. Three out of four personas never noticed the size selector at all.
