Hi Product Hunt, I'm Mauricio.
I built AnswerForMe after watching small businesses lose sales on WhatsApp for one boring reason: nobody answered in time. A customer asks for a price on a Saturday night, nobody replies until Monday, and by then they've bought somewhere else.
AnswerForMe connects to your WhatsApp Business through the official API and answers with your real catalog, prices and hours. It doesn't make things up, and when a chat needs a person, it hands it to you.
Two things I decided on purpose. First, there's no monthly fee: you start with 500 free messages and then buy a pack only when you need it, and the balance never expires. Second, it's built for the owner who answers WhatsApp on their own, not for a call center.
What it doesn't do yet: it doesn't sync with external CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce. If that's what you need, I'd rather tell you now.
