The Problem & Inspiration:
We all lose money to "vampire" subscriptions, and companies purposely make them hard to cancel. I hated spending 45 minutes on hold just to stop a $10 payment. I built Annulla to act as your digital guard-dog and fight that engineered friction.
How the Approach Evolved:
While building, I realized speed was everything. Instead of complex integrations right away, we focused on two simple mechanics: a fast CSV upload that instantly reveals your hidden "Ghost Drain," and Deep Linking that redirects you to native cancellation pages in exactly 1 tap.
