Every notification looked the same β a boring rectangle I'd dismiss without reading.
So I asked myself: what if a cartoon Shiba Inu literally ran across my screen holding a
banner saying "GO DRINK WATER"? ππ§
That's Animinder. It's a macOS menu bar app where cute animals deliver your reminders with
personality. The key insight: animations are click-through (they don't steal focus), but
they're visually engaging enough that you actually notice them.
