I built Angza because I saw a huge problem: businesses sign contracts every day, but most don't have the time or resources to properly review them. Hidden clauses, unbalanced liability caps, one‑sided termination terms, and vague payment conditions are buried in pages of legal text — and one missed clause can cost thousands.
I wanted to build something that makes contract review fast, accurate, and accessible to everyone — not just large law firms.
Angza started as a simple idea: upload a document, get a structured risk report. Over time, it evolved into a full AI-powered auditing tool that supports PDFs, Word docs, Excel sheets, and TXT files. It extracts key terms (parties, payment terms, termination clauses, liability caps, governing law), flags red flags, and gives severity scores with actionable recommendations.
The most important thing to me was privacy. Your documents are not stored — they're processed in memory and immediately discarded. You can also download reports as PDF, Excel, or JSON.
