Angel Step
A step counter for walks that clear your head
Most step counters are dashboards. Angel Step is one number on a big sky. Your steps sit on your Home Screen and Lock Screen, over clouds that open a little more as you walk. Instead of 10,000, pick a goal that means something to you — 3,333, 7,777, 11,111 — each with its own sky. Free widget on both screens, no ads, no account. The number matches Apple Health, and your steps never leave your phone.

Hi Product Hunt 👋
I walk to clear my head. Not for the calories, not to close a ring — just twenty minutes under the sky until the noise goes quiet.
Every step counter I tried pulled the other way: charts, badges, and a 10,000 goal nobody chose. It felt like being graded.
So I built the opposite.
✦ What it is
One number, big, over a living sky. Glance at your Home Screen or Lock Screen and you know where you are — no app to open.
✦ What makes it different
• You pick your daily number — 3,333, 7,777, 11,111… Each one has its own sky, and the sky opens a little more with every step.
• The days you walk become small things on your shelf — something you keep, not a score.
✦ What it doesn't do
No ads. No account. No Apple Watch needed. It reads the count your iPhone already keeps, so the number matches Apple Health exactly, and your steps never leave your phone.
The widget is free on both screens. Premium adds more skies.
One question for you: when you check your steps, what do you actually want to see in that one second?
