I'm Naidan, founder of Amarhan HR, building from Mongolia.
The problem we kept hitting with our own clients: small businesses
here either hire a full-time HR person (₮1.5–2.5M/month, ~$420–700)
or do HR badly in spreadsheets and group chats. There was nothing in
between — and nothing built for Mongolian labor law or language at all.
