Altair
The AI Agent for Your Health
Altair is an AI agent powered by the data it gathers from your phone and wearables. It helps you take action on your health. With it, you can easily log your meals and workouts, get advice on your recovery or your next workout, find out why your resting heart rate is up, or see what to eat to hit your protein goal. Talk to it like a phone call, or just type.
Last year I lost 55 lb (25 kg), and logging everything was the hardest part. So I built the app I wanted: one I can just talk to about my health, diet, training, and wellness.
• Ask anything: "Why am I so tired?", "Run or Basketball today?", "What time should I go to bed tonight?" It answers from your own sleep, heart rate, HRV, steps, meals, and more. • Tell it what you did: "Log 40 minutes of Pilates and a protein shake" saves both. You can also snap your meal or scan a barcode. • Ask what to cook with what you have, and get recipes.
I'd love your feedback: what would you ask it first, and what's missing?

Hi Product Hunt! I'm Emir, and I built Altair.
