Alspr: Progressive Overload
Beat last session.
Alspr is a workout tracker built for one problem: progressive overload only works if you remember what you lifted last time. Mid-set, Alspr shows your numbers from last session right next to today's set, so there's no scrolling through history and no guessing if it was 185 or 190. Built solo in Flutter, with native Apple Watch and Wear OS companion apps. Free to download, 30-day Pro trial. Would love feedback from fellow lifters and indie builders.

Hey everyone! I'm the solo builder behind Alspr. I've been lifting for years, and the thing that always broke my progressive overload routine wasn't motivation, it was memory. I'd be mid-set trying to remember if I did 3x8 at 185 or 190 last week, guess wrong, and either undertrain or fail the rep. I wasn't a fan of the apps I found for tracking my programs, so I decided to build my own. So I built Alspr to solve that one problem well. It's still early (I'm a product manager by background, coding this solo, so please be patient with rough edges), and I'm actively building out the Apple Watch and Wear OS companions further. Would love to hear what you think, especially if you lift regularly: does this match how you actually think about progressive overload, or am I missing something about how other lifters track it?
