Aloy — Customer workspace for B2B teams

Run B2B post-sales around accounts instead of tickets

B2B customer conversations have moved into shared Slack and Teams channels, but support tools are still built for B2C tickets. Aloy is the customer workspace built for how B2B teams actually work today: support, success, and intelligence around accounts instead of tickets. Every conversation files against its account, so account health and cross-customer patterns come from what customers actually say. We're opening Early Access now and looking for our first teams to build with.

Hey Product Hunt 👋 I spent years in B2B SaaS watching our customer conversations move into shared Slack and Teams channels. Customers loved it. Our teams didn't cope well: context scattered across channels, and legacy support tools that didn't even connect to Slack. Bolting AI onto that mess was its own kind of pain, good models on garbage data. The question that stuck with me came up everywhere, not just in leadership. Customer success needed it for renewals, product for what to build next, marketing for case studies: which customers are we actually in good shape with? Nobody could really answer it. We guessed, from usage data and whoever remembered the last conversation. So I built Aloy. The idea that kept sharpening as I worked on it: if the real conversations already live in Slack and Teams, the account, not the ticket, should be the thing everything hangs off. Health, open issues, history, and cross-customer patterns all come from what customers actually said. We're opening Early Access and I'd love a few teams to build this with. If you're running B2B post-sales out of duct tape right now, I especially want to hear from you. Happy to answer anything in the comments.
