AllergyLens
Scan food for possible allergens before you eat
AllergyLens helps families manage food allergies by scanning dishes, menus, and labels for possible allergens. It supports family profiles, clear uncertainty-aware results, emergency context, and scan history while staying honest: informational aid, not medical diagnosis.
Top comment
Hey Product Hunt! We built AllergyLens because eating out with allergies can be stressful, especially for families managing different triggers for different people. The goal is not to replace labels, kitchens, or doctors — it is to give people one more quick reference before they eat. AllergyLens scans dishes, menus, and labels, checks them against family profiles, and shows results with uncertainty instead of pretending AI can guarantee safety. The product evolved around that constraint: be useful, but never overclaim. I’d love feedback from allergy-aware families: where would a tool like this be most helpful, and where should it stay out of the way?
