Hey Product Hunt 👋 I'm Bruno, founder of AIssie, building out of Perth, Western Australia. This started because I kept watching small businesses lose work in the dumbest possible way: the phone rang while they were up a ladder, on a job site, or with a customer, and nobody picked up. I wanted to know if it was a real pattern or just bad luck, so I ran a test. I called 180 Australian tradies during business hours, as a customer with a genuine job. 60% of those calls went unanswered. Every one of those was a job someone else got. The existing options don't fit this market. Hiring a receptionist is thousands a month for a two-person operation. Answering services take a message and hand you a callback list, which is just deferred work. Voicemail is where jobs go to die. So AIssie answers instead. It picks up 24/7 in a natural voice, works out what the job actually is, books it into the calendar, sends the reminder, and later chases the invoice if it goes unpaid. It talks to Xero, ServiceM8, Google Calendar, Microsoft 365, WhatsApp and more, so the job lands where the business already works. Two things I care about that are easy to miss: it sounds Australian. And the data is hosted in Australia. It's live with real businesses today - tradies, retail, mechanics and other small businesses. What I'd love from you: if you run a service business, what percentage of your inbound calls do you reckon you actually catch? And if you've tried an AI phone agent before, what made you turn it off?
