AINetscape
1997 chrome. 2026 AI. One button bridges 29 years.
Netscape Composer — build and publish your own page on the World Wide Web. Now with AI Composer™: describe your site and the computer builds it. No HTML required. It's real. Ask a 2026 AI for a social network, a bank, an IPO prospectus for a group chat. You get one HTML page. It's 1997. That's what a website is. Is this the future? Probably. Is that good? Ask again after the modem connects. Best viewed at 800×600. Mostly parody. Opinions our own.
Hey Product Hunt 👋
In 1997, Composer promised anyone could build a website. In 2026, AI promises the same thing. So I put them together.
AI Netscape is a pixel-faithful recreation of a 1997 HTML editor, with one button that doesn't belong: AI Composer™. Describe your site, click it, and a modern AI builds your entire vision — as a single HTML page, inside the grey bevels.
Things to try:
• Your own idea — the real use
• The built-in prompts — "a due-diligence report on a vibe," "a SaaS platform for managing your other SaaS platforms"
• Something enormous. Then go make coffee. It's 1997; that's how computers work.
No sign-up, no install, no CD in the mail. Please do not pick up the telephone while it loads.
I'd love to know: what's the most ambitious thing you can get it to cram into one HTML page? Screenshots welcome.

Who hunted AINetscape?
AINetscape was hunted by Thomas Stringham. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
