Hey everyone! I built this after a personal lesson: I first built a standalone cost-tracking tool (Burnrate) to solve my own pain of getting blindsided by AI API costs mid-project. While building it, I discovered most solo developers don't actually have API-provider-level admin access needed for usage reporting — so I redesigned the whole approach into a self-contained logging system instead.
Once that worked, I realized this exact module was something no existing SaaS boilerplate (ShipFast, Supastarter, etc.) includes — so I packaged it into a full starter kit with auth, a dashboard, and everything else needed to launch an AI product fast.
