Hi Product Hunt! Some of you saw this last year as AI Shopping Optimizer, a checker for whether AI crawlers could read your product pages. Readable turned out to be the easy part. The question store owners kept asking was: does ChatGPT actually recommend my products, and if not, who does it recommend instead?
So we rebuilt it as SearchMention. You add your store, review the questions shoppers are likely to ask, and see per assistant whether each product is mentioned, linked and priced correctly, plus the competitors, marketplaces and resellers that win instead. On Shopify you also see what ChatGPT is told about each product through Shopify Catalog.
