I built AI Run Rate because I kept seeing the same story play out in AI engineering communities: teams pick a model, build the agent, ship it — then get surprised by a $4,000 API bill at the end of the month.
The cost math isn't hard. But nobody does it upfront because there was no lightweight tool to do it in.
So I built one.
How it works:

The shareable link was important to me. The whole point is to put a cost projection in front of a co-founder, a finance stakeholder, or a client before committing to an architecture. That needs to be frictionless.
