How the approach evolved:
Initially, the goal was just basic call routing. But as I architected the backend—abstracting multiple voice AI providers and utilizing ultra-low latency synthesis like ElevenLabs—it became clear that businesses needed a plug-and-play solution without vendor lock-in. Built on a containerized stack (Next.js, Go, Docker, Redis), the focus shifted entirely to delivering maximum resiliency and the lowest possible response latency.
