I built AI Novel Writer because long-form writing in a chat box quickly loses characters, worldbuilding, plot threads, and chapter plans. This project keeps those pieces inside one writing workspace, while the author still decides how the story develops. It is open source, works on Windows and macOS, supports Ollama, and does not require an account before trying it. I would especially value feedback from people who plan and revise longer stories rather than generate one-off passages.
