ai-fix
Fix terminal errors with AI — no more copy-pasting
Command fails → you alt-tab to ChatGPT → paste error → read fix → type it. 20x/day. ai-fix kills that loop. One word: $ pip install flash-attention # fails $ ai-fix ✓ Applying fix: pip install flash-attention --no-build-isolation Reads shell history, sends to Claude Haiku (~$0.0003/fix), applies fix. GPT-4o-mini fallback. pip install ai-fix
Hey PH! 👋 I'm Anas, the maker of ai-fix.
I built this because I was tired of the copy-paste loop: command fails → copy error → open ChatGPT → paste → read → type the fix. It's only like 30 seconds but it happens 20x a day.
ai-fix cuts that to one word. Just type `ai-fix` after any failed command:
```
$ pip install flash-attention
... some cryptic CUDA error ...
$ ai-fix
✓ Fixed! Running: pip install flash-attention --no-build-isolation
```
It reads your shell history, grabs the error, sends it to Claude Haiku ($0.0003/fix), and applies the fix. GPT-4o-mini fallback if you don't have an Anthropic key.
Would love your feedback — what commands do you want it to handle better?
