Hi Product Hunt — I’m the maker behind AI Career Test.
I’m not a traditional developer. I spent about a month building this with Codex because the problem is personal to me.
For years, I went into interviews without knowing how to explain my strengths or answer confidently. I was rejected often, and even after working for a long time, I still felt unsure whether I was on the right career path.
Later, content creation gave me the space to work quietly on something I truly cared about. That led me to build AI Career Test for people who are job hunting, considering a career change, or simply feeling stuck.
I wanted to create more than a personality quiz. The goal is to help users explore career directions through their interests, work style, values, and strengths — then connect those results to practical next steps such as skills to develop, interview preparation, resume tools, and ATS checks.
The free assessment takes around 10 minutes to start. It will not tell anyone there is only one “perfect” career, but I hope it can help people see their options more clearly.
